I’m sorry, but I find the way to function labels (tags) as you can see in the template already installed on your notebook. I understand that otherwise works as usual.

You can follow below procedure to display your labels same as you can see in demo.
Go to Blogger Dashboard>> Layout>> and click on Add Gadget button, now scroll down a bit and select Labels>> Select display as “Cloud” and click on save button.
Now visit your site and enjoy!
THANKS: but I do not think I knew explain. Like putting labels I know, what does not work me is a conventional template in html I write a label, such as ‘Culture’ and the blog is slide or be fixed posts that carry this label appears, i if you enter the template that i have AFORISMES test, this will not work, appear only the first two posts that are random and then the normal text, but takes two that I can not occur.

Actually it’s called featured post section about what you’re talking about now and for displaying posts same as on demo you can follow below instructions.
Open a folder where you’ve saved this template and simply open documentation file from Help folder. Now you can see C) Important Customization tab in documentation of this template, simply click on it and follow all instructions mentioned in this section.
Hope it will help you to display featured posts on your blog. Feel free to ask if you faced any other problem.
Actually the problem is in the process of adding your label name, its simple you just have to add the label name like this
Replace “Your-Label-Name” with your desire label.
Please read the documentation carefully it has detailed information.
